Had a great experience here.  Bought a new Daiwa Saltist and he spooled it with braid and a topshot.  Went out today and drop my line and lost my rig right away.  Looked at the line and it was frayed.  So I thought the line was bad.  So I went back and said the braid stinks, its frayed and kept snapping.  So Bob calmly checked my guides, cleaned them and found that my tip was cracked.  He replaced it in no time and now he has a new customer.  I will be going back for my fishing needs.  Great shop.
