I just absolutely love my furniture that I bought from bobs furniture I bought a whole house full of furniture and my salesman was awesome Danny was my salesman at the villa park location. Also the delivery guys who delivered my furniture was excellent. They were very professional and very timely and did not scratch my wood floors. Also the customer service at the villa park location was awesome. I would highly recommend bobs discount furniture to anyone who ready to purchase furniture. The sales associate Simone was amazing. She was very helpful, informative and had a smile the entire time. Simone had the most welcoming greeting when walking through the door made the experience that much better. This was my husband and I first time here so we didn't know really where to go but when we realized the bedroom sets were upsets that's the direction we needed to be. When reaching the top there was sales associates sitting there but didn't acknowledge us. By luck Simone the WONDERFUL greeter came upstairs and was Amazing.......The level of customer service she delivered is going to make me brag to my friends about Bob's. Thank You Simone for such an incredible experience and making our purchase memorable.....

DO NOT BUY GOOF PROOF AND DO NOT BUY FROM BOB'S. The furniture is comfortable for about the first month. Then they sold me on the Goof Proof saying "It covers literally everything. If you have a fire in your house or your basement floods, your furniture is covered under the Goof Proof plan". Well I bought the Goof Proof and lo and behold, my basement floods. I called Bob's to report my claim and magically, it's not covered!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HONOR ANYTHING AND HAVE NO INTEGRITY!!!!!

Had a great experience at Bob's in Villa Park!! We were helped by Danny Reyes. He was extremely knowledgeable. Found a couch we liked so we bought it!! My Girlfriend saw a cute accent chair that she felt would match the couch perfectly, only problem was that they did not have one available. Amy Colella the Manager got involved and found one for us!! Great treat!! Yes it's a discount furniture store and it came with OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Thanks!!

We dealt directly with Roy and Simone. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. No hassle, no pressure and yet the best customer service and product knowledge I have experienced in a long time! We are just at the beginning stages of our furniture purchases for our remodel and not only will be going back to Bob's, we will be looking for these two on our future purchases. Highly recommended
