GM Jim is my favorite salesman that I've dealt with EVER! 
He was 100% pleasant from the time I walked through the door, not pushy, completely informational and listened to what I desired in a mattress - perfect customer service!  He beat any of the prices I received elsewhere and now I will only go to and recommend Jim at Mattress Overstock.

Too bad I couldn't give them a six (6) star rating. The GM Jimmy G was super fantastic! He helped me get my mattress and I got me a great deal! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and continue my feature purchases with this company. Jimmy G rocks!

The GM Jim helped us pick out a bed and he was super helpful in giving us details when we needed it. Walked in looking for an affordable plush bed and walked out with it. I found he wasn't super pushy and gave us the space we needed when necessary. Heck, didn't even get offended when I wanted to comparison shop for the mattress online just to soothe my paranoia. Free shipping, free old mattress disposal. Would go here again.

Tom was so helpful!  I will return to this store and recommend it to anyone looking for affordable mattresss and all around good deals with great customer service.
Express delivery was fabulous!

Great place to get a mattress. If you want a good bed and deal go see Jimmy or Tom. Don't waste your time going to the chain mattress stores. You can get a better quality bed for less money.
