Bought gift certificates. Was fairly quick in and out in 15 minutes. Gave me $5 for every $25 gift certificate. If you buy large amounts in a single certificate you still only get $5. Per certificate. It's a new policy.

If you're a person who knows what they want, this is a great place. If you want individual attention, not so much. They often have sales, and the people at the service desk are very helpful. While I never have felt out of place, The store is geared towards, and staffed by teens, and college age people, no baby clothes.

They lie with false advertising to get you in the door with BS sales. Read the fine print before going there.

Was almost impossible to get an employee to gecko me. When they did help i was pointed in the direction of where i needed to go. Get like i was not important enough to actually help.
