Shopped at the Macy’s in the Pheasant lane Mall. And I am very impressed and happy with Richard. Who always smiles and hurry’s to help everyone. He saw I was in line waiting a bit (which had nothing to do with the cashier as she was explaining their credit card) and he hurried to help me out. I am very pleased Macy hires amazing people!!!

I was looking for a particular item that was on sale in the flyer. The sales associate Sophia was very helpful trying to compare other items in stock for me to check. She had some suggestions that were most helpful pertaining to what I was looking for. She was very pleasant and accommodating. Also very knowledgeable. I will seek her out next time I'm shopping in that department.

The beauty department doesn't give free gift to qualified customers even Macy's website claimed. I bought $165 product of Estée Lauder, doesn't get any free gift, but on Macy's website, it claims "free gift with purchase". Two days later, I bought $100 product of Clinique, still no any free gift even I checked Macy's website before headed to the store,. On Macy's website, under this product I purchased, it claims "free gift with $28 purchase". My suggestion is: don't go to the store buy beauty products go to Estée Lauder and Clinique websites to make purchase.

Ruth Morissette has been very helpful with our wedding registry. She kept us informed about promotion; replied all my email promptly whenever I had questions; when I went to store to exchange items, she is very friendly and knowledgeable about products. What a pleasant experience with Macy's wedding registry! Thank you Ruth!

Popped in to pick up an online purchase and it was super convenient. Pick up is at the back of the store near the parking lot and I was in and out in no time. Only took a few minutes which was great.
