Great submarine sandwich. Bob's way is the best way to go. They toast the buns too which makes for a good sandwich.

One of the better places for subs.  1000 times better than the chains.  The buffalo chicken is great!

Bob's Sub is a worthy rival of my other favorite sub shop in Pittsburgh:  Uncle Sam's.  I do really like this particular store though.  They use fresh Cellone's bread (which is one of my personal favorites), and the subs are full of meat and absolutely delicious.  Admittedly, they can be a bit greasy at times, but they are delicious!  I haven't had any of the doughnuts yet, but they look and smell so delicious!  Finally, I love the old throwback pictures on the walls; my family knows some of the people featured in them, which is so cool!  I really recommend Bob's Sub for a fantastic sandwich if you are in the area.

I used to go to Bob's Sub often, but their subs started getting smaller.  I asked about this and I was told that the bakery sent smaller buns.  The bun size didn't go back to the size it was before.  They quit selling cookies as I side and offered the overpriced doughnuts.  After that, I started going to Subway.  Subway is always offering deals at the store and through email.  Subway also offers different "toppings", cookies, soup, and better selection of drinks like fresh brewed tea.  Bob's Sub has good subs, even though the steak was sometimes "soggy", but to me there is nothing that makes them better than Subway.
