The man that owns and runs this company is a thief and will treat your belongings like they are dirt. A friend of mine needed some help when she moved and I was available to spend most of the day with the moving co. Anytime they moved something the OWNER would call her belongings "pieces of sh**" and ask over and over again, "this is all dirt, we should just throw it out, why would she even own this?" after taking almost 8hrs to move a ONE bedroom apartment he decided he needed an extra $215 ontop of the $350 she already paid him. I had to leave them to go to work and figured they could finish up with the last four big items by themselves. Well, no they couldn't, when I went back to her apartment to make sure everything was settled they had left several boxes, plants and lamps. He began to harrass me about when he would get paid and I said that when my friend, who was now in NYC travelling to Europe, was stateside again he would be paid. He took her bike, which was already in her storage unit from the first load, and took her computer equipment. He called and harrassed me several times, asking where she was and when he would get her money. When she did arrive to pay him he would only take cash and wouldn't even let her see her belongings. She finally paid him in cash to be done with him and to get her things back. If your thinking about a cheap moving company and this man comes up don't use him! Unless you enjoy having your belongings treated like dirt.
