Our experience at Bob Utter Ford in Sherman was absolutely awesome. We found the vehicle we were interested in on their website. The response to our request was quick and courteous. The people were very nice when we went for a test drive. They made it super easy to buy the car we settled on.

This is hands down the best dealership experience I've ever seen. My father and I went to purchase a truck from these guys and everyone was very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend coming and be willing make the 3 hour drive to purchase my next vehicle here. Keep it up fellas!

I have been very pleased with Bob Utter Ford each time I have my car serviced there. They are quick, efficient,  professional and they truly care that you are satisfied as a customer. You are greeted upon arrival and all your concerns are addressed.  There is one employee in particular  that I feel goes up and beyond in his job. This is Jason Bishop. I hope Bob Utter Ford never looses this employee and that he is truly appreciated by management and staff.  Though this is a costly trip to come to  Bob Utter Ford, due to repair costs, etc. it is also a pleasure trip because you feel welcomed and appreciated. Your hard earned dollars are understood by the staff. From the moment you walk in to the moment you pay your bill and leave you feel appreciated and cared for. I have great trust in all the employees from the front desk, to the mechanics to the the young lady who takes your payment. I can not say enough good things about the Bob Utter Ford Service Department .

Chris Mitchel was a very patient salesman. He was with us for a very long time. He was great at explaining things to us and answering all our questions. I think he truly gave us the best deal and also helped us decide what was best for us.
We would come back to this dealership for all our future vehicles due to Chris. We also would recommend it to all our friends and family.

My husband and I visited this dealership on 2/14/18 in pursuit of a Ford F250. After visiting other Ford dealerships in my area (Waxahachie) and not finding what we were looking for, we decided to give Bob Utter Ford a visit. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole truck buying process very smooth. They are very honest and straight forward. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to purchase a new vehicle.
