I know the store is closing so I tried to call to see if they still had the tool I needed in stock. It went through an automated list then sent me to a support repisentive anyways, I was on hold for serial minutes and then before I could talk to anyone they hung up on me. I get that the store is closing but help the few customers you have left.

Great service,  been a loyal customer at the Sherman Tx store since 1966! So so sad that their closing the doors.

Ordered a 17cu Upright Freezer online, scheduled for delivery one week later.  On the date of delivery, I waited at home and no one called or arrived to deliver my freezer.   The next day I contacted the store and was transferred to several other COUNTRIES speaking with call center employees who, for the first 90 minutes, could not locate my order.  After calling back the third time, this time holding my order confirmation, they somehow magically located the order and said that because the item was backordered the order was automatically cancelled.  Why would you cancel an order just because it was delayed, and then not bother to inform the customer?  

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It won't be long before they've completely gone into bankruptcy.

Started using the auto center about a year and a half ago.  Always professional and reasonable.  Love taking my jeep and van there.

Bought 2 twinxl beds with adjustable base. After delivery we tested them and one doesnt not work,called sears customer service and was told to call warranty dept they tell me it will rake up to 2 wks. I called customer service again and was told that again they cant help but to call store manager, my bed isnt more than 10 min old and dont work and i cant call store because they arent open yet. More to come to see if this will be resolved
