Excellent service... Wow! Wasn't expecting my experience at State Farm to be all the commercial cracked it up to be but it was all that and more! What a pleasant surprise! I asked if I could come in to review my policies. The woman I spoke to at the office was very friendly and accommodating. I know nothing about insurance but thank God Bob does. He explained everything in detail and saved me so much money without skimping on protection. Can't say enough about my experience but would highly recommend. They literally have me singing the song now: "Like a good neighbor State Farm is there!"

Do not get insurance from this office!!! I love State Farm, they have been good to me, and I recently found out, that I can drop an agent, and switch to another, which is what I am doing. Bob decided, after we spoke on the phone, and I said I wanted $1000 deductibles, no collision or comprehensive coverage. He signed me up for it anyways. I did not drop him after that, and chalked it up to a misunderstanding. The final straw was when I tried for three days, to get a question answered by his rep Gia. I sent an email to Bob, thinking that when I told him that I had waited for three days for a response to a simple question, he would be sympathetic. He left me a NASTY voicemail, telling me he does not appreciate me speaking about his employees that way... He technically stole money from me, by signing me up for the most expensive policy, and then leaves me a rude voicemail... Do not do business with this man, it will literally cost you!
