it has been the worst experience I've had in many years. our 3400 unit needed a drive belt and I had to deliver the unit to bobcat of metro dade, Inc, and two(2) weeks later they still have the machine. I asked they to buy it from me since as far as they're concerned I don't need it; that is, for the time they've kept it they may as well keep it and I can go ahead and buy a 900 Kubota.
Babcat of Metro Dade, Inc sucks, their logistic and efficiency leaves much to be desired. that is a place that appears to run on its own, no one is responsible for anything; it's outrageous,it's nerverecking, it's the pits.
I highly suggest anyone thinking about buy anything there to have a second thought, to question their policies if they have any, and most of all who is responsible when something goes wrong with the equipment you may buy there. Amen
