Horrible. Do not hire this company to do anything on your property. I purchased a brand new AC unit from Kingdom Air in October 2014. Before the end of 2014, the AC stopped cooling. When the techs and owner of Kingdom Air came to my property, they explained that the unit stopped cooling because sometimes the units are not completely loaded with gas when they leave the factory and that they failed to confirm upon installation. They loaded the gas and assured me it would not happen again. Since that incident, I had to call the company 2 more times for that same reason. The last time I called the company, the owner told me to "never f$#@!ing call again". It is now May 2017 and I have been without AC for about 2 weeks for the same exact problem. I finally got a real company to fix the problem today and am proud to report that I am sitting in a nice, cool living room. Save your money and do your research. This company has a C on the Better Business Bureau site and 5 complaints. I have read several other reviews regarding bad equipment and their lack of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
