I received a gift card for a full detailing. A family member had received the same before me. His car looked brand new–the engine was steam cleaned, it was waxed and washed; it could not have been cleaner. I took my car in and they did not touch the engine, door sills, console, and shifter area. It wasn't a bad job, but compared to the other car, it was rather disappointing. They neglected to wipe down the shifter or console at all, and it was blatantly not touched. Overall, they didn't do a bad job; they just didn't do the job that was advertised and paid for. I would not recommend their hit and miss services.
