I feel so shameful for being weeks ago a  worker for this place. Any ways it's not like it used to be clean wash and decently care on miss spots on the car now be ready 🗣. 🚶🐷 
No one it's perfect but de way they responded it's not respectful. Bad management.

I really appreciated the Great job that was done for me, considering the reasonable price AND the unreasonable weather conditions, and tipped accordingly.

They offer the entire full package wash for $18,, then you go inside to pay and the tires and wheels clean/shine is almost almost another $3 then to vacuum the back cargo area of my Chevy Equinox is another additional $2 and when completed nothing got wiped down inside besides the windows, cup holders and center console completely ignored. Wheels and wheel wells left dirty in some areas so I had to finish their job for them inside and out. I complained about the upselling to the customers at checkout and the MGR a female was very snooty about it and said it’s posted right here pointing to a flyer at the register, no where  on the price board outside is it posted. I will never return and will pass my experience onto as many people as I can.

I just left there. My car is still dirty on the inside. I asked them as I was leaving—isn’t the inside supposed to be cleaned, too? They said, oh yeah, then called someone over who wiped my dash for 10 seconds. I paid for the Super Wash II. I expected everything. I’m upset, too, because I already tipped them in their tip jar. 

Very bad car wash. They wiped my windows with dirty rag. I swear my car is dirtier now than when I brought it in.

All the guys are so great and so genuine. They go above and beyond their cleaning duties. They always deserve a great tip.
