We’ve been going here for years. Lately the wash & dry isn’t that great anymore. (We started coming here because the dryers were the best in town) The dryers come on too early so the drying time of the car is shorter and the rinse is not getting the soap off. Needs another pass of the rinse cycle. We get the $7 wash.

Went through the auto wash. Paid for the most expensive wash. My car was still covered in soap. I pulled out and talked to the blonde lady working. She told me I should have backed up when I got the yellow light. I never got yellow only red when it started and green after. She argued with me that she could hear it beep at me. Which it didn’t. That was the wash next to me. She is VERY rude with no customer service skills. Needless to say now I have to sit and wait for an empty by to release my car by hand and spend twice as much here!!! This is insane. I wash my car often. Never again here!!!! -2 stars!!!

I have been going to Bob's car wash for about seven years now and have always had a great experience until just recently. I am not sure if it is the same owner or a new one but it seems like they have definitely changed some things about the self wash stations.  They are definitely not using as much soap in the rinse system and it is more difficult to get the car clean than it used to be. I hope they go back to the old dilution. They also need to replace the foam brushes. I hope they make these changes so that I can give them five stars going forward!
