Can't beat the price. Plenty of option from $4 simple clean with free vacuum (two per car) to complete detailing. They also just introduced unlimited car washes for $10 a month. Plus annually they have buy one get one gift cards for an unlimited amount. No tipping allowed. The staff is always very helpful, through, and fast.

I once was a very happy monthly pass member and used the wash often, with no damage on my car other than a bent license plate (which I quickly fixed with a frame and a couple extra screws, so I could keep using the wash). Last weekend I took my new truck of a few weeks through and the wash snapped off my antenna. The truck has gone through numerous times before with no damage. Why this time? They are claiming the wash did not malfunction but I have yet to see that tape - only their word and communication on my request to see it has been unresponsive thus far. No signs to remove antennas prior to entering the wash either. I'd remove if there was or if I was told to. Now I am stuck with an almost $200 repair from in my opinion a faulty wash. Be careful with your cars here... you may just pay for the cheap monthly pass with an expensive car repair caused by the wash. Don't expect any help if this happens to you too. I hope they will take this opportunity to do the right thing and help with my situation, but I'm not holding my breath based on how this has been treated thus far.

I have the monthly car wash package.  It has been great.  I love that I can just run through while on errands and have a clean car.  So worth the $12 a month cost. Huge huge fan!!    The wipe down, for an additional $13 didn't in press me. I'll stick to vacuuming myself.

Had the inside detail service. Passenger side was not vacuumed. Seat was pushed up to cover. Went back to have this done. Girl argued about how the sand was a bit sticky and the interior detailing was meant only for hard objects inside. I could not believe that vacuuming was not part of detail.  I went home got out my little car vac and cleaned it. Not so sticky and no lecture. Customer service needs help.

Brought my car in for a wash. less than 24 hours later it poured down rain and a nasty dust storm. Called and asked if they could just run it through the cheapest wash possible to get the later of dust off and was rudely told “no.” I was told that’s why they “have wash contracts.” I’ve been a happy customer for a long time. never again now. can’t believe places are willing to lose a customer for pennies it would cost them.

UPDATE: Hey guys! despite your smug comment on my concern. your competitor seems to not be able to control the weather also. However, they off this stapled to your receipt. “Membership” or not hahahahahahaha
