I knew absolutely nothing about vaping before I went to Bob's. Robert helped me and took his time to answer all my questions, never felt rushed. I had an issue with my mod but Robert took care of me and I'm very pleased with it now. Buy with confidence knowing IF you do have trouble they will take care of you. Robert even checked with me a few days after to make sure I was happy and everything was working. Great customer service!!!

I was clueless to vaping when I walked into Bob's Vape a Shop this afternoon. Just knew I wanted to be educated on how vapes worked and how too use them,  The staff at Bob's are all very Friendly, Curtious and eager to help as soon as a customer comes thru the door.   Bob took the time to explain each box, and tank, let us make sure we understood how to use our new Vapes and let us ask questions that Bob answerd throughly! The staff also showed us and educated us on all the accessories such as power chargers, adapters, carrying cases,  mod holders, etc Bob took time with us to make sure we understood how our products worked, how to care for them,  and any other questions we had, we will definitly be back and Bob's Vape Shop will be the only place I purchase any needs for my Tank and my husbandsbox!  Best customer service & STAFf
