This place is the best. Stopped by on Friday to check on replacing radio/cd/cassette player in truck.  Owner asked what I liked and quoted a great price. Made appointment for today. Arrived at 10:00 and was out by 11:00. Operating instructions made easy with great help from installer.   Everything looks and sounds great. Now I have a Bluetooth Sony Audio System and it sounds great and user friendly.  Highly recommend this place.

Price: I was quoted $100 for amp install plus the cost of wiring for my Honda Pilot. After the install I was told the total cost was $225! I know that the wiring kit does not cost $125. I am upset and recommend anyone who shops there has a firm price written down from the owner. 

Installation of Amp: The wiring was good and was what I expected. I did have a very big issue with the sound of the sub woofer that they did not fix and I had to fix myself. The issue was due to the Honda ANC,  a device that Honda uses in its vehicles to remove road noise by adding sound through the stock sub woofer. Because I was using a line-in-converter so that I could keep my stock head unit the ANC was sending a deep bass signal to my newly installed sub. Bass would sporadically turn on and at full volume and scare the crap out of me. This would happen even after the radio was turned off. If their installers were experienced they would have known that this issue existed in all Honda vehicles and would have unplugged the ANC unit.  I did some research on  my own and was able to do this  myself, but I had to tear apart my dashboard to do this. Uggg!

Customer Service: The owner was very nice and was able to schedule my install around my schedule. 

Retail shop: Nice clean shop with lots of displays and products.

Note to owner: I feel that I was taken advantage when asked to pay $225. I brought in my amp, my line-in-converter and sub. The only material that I needed was an amp wiring kit which can be bought for $40-$70, so why did you charge me $125 for the wiring kit? I did bring up my disappointment with the cost and I was discounted $17 and paid $208 out the door.

I called and the business owner answered any and all questions that I asked without hesitation. I scheduled an appointment for speaker installation and they were ready and waiting when I arrived. 
I'd highly recommend X-Treme Audio. This business is an example of how a small business should operate, with pride and respect of their customers while having the security of a job being done right.
I will definitely return to X-Treme Audio to continue my build.

Was there Labor Day I had been struggling with what I thought was going to be an easy task for hours and was at a stand still took it in was out in an hour job done great service fair price sad for me that he's in North Carolina and I am 3 hours from this shop.
