I've been with Erie insurance for over 15 years because they offer a better than average insurance package; however Body-Borneman leaves much to be desired.  The customer service aspect is the most lacking.  You can never get your own agent on the phone because they are either on the phone already, out to lunch or on vacation.  When you get another agent they act so annoyed to actually have to help their fellow agent out it makes you wonder what the office environment is like.  My mortgage company and I have been waiting several weeks for my annual bill to arrive, why is a bill that's due in two weeks still isn't here after two phone calls?  Those bills used to arrive a month in advance!  This agency really needs to get it together.

I submitted a form through the Erie Insurance at night and was contacted by Vikki Viscuso via e-mail first thing in the morning. Once I called Vikki back and provided a few pieces of additional information, I received a final quote within minutes.
