In transitioning to my now permanent home with my growing family in the Lehigh Valley, I wanted to establish a long term relationship with an insurance agency that I felt I could trust and would serve all of our liability insurance needs.  I did careful research and found Lehigh Agency to be an excellent choice.  Since day one, I have worked with Connie who has been exceptional in her service, knowledge, advice, responsiveness and so on...all I could hope for in a great insurance agent.  They now provide at least home, auto and umbrella insurance coverages for my needs and they are always extremely helpful and available anytime I need to make a change. We were with State Farm for 20 years...house, car and umbrella.  We finally were tired with their prices and service.  We reached out to two different brokers looking to do an over the phone "blind" price comparison.  (Too much to type in an email for a price quote on our end.)  The one agency didn't have the time, but Lehigh Agency did.  After getting your quote, we were happy with your quote and decided not to go any further.  Donna took care of us amazingly!

We have been with your agency for many years (20 plus years) and the service, the professionalism and the down to earth, easy to talk to employees are some of the things that make your agency a very welcoming place, and help put us to ease that we are in good hands. No matter the issue or question, we can count on, that it will be resolved in the best manner for us. Thank you for your rates, coverage, your patience, and your employees. We use the Lehigh Agency for our homeowners insurance and vehicle insurance through Erie. Our agents have always been quick to answer our questions and look for ways to help us save money. They were very helpful in explaining different coverages when we built our new construction home and also assisted when both our vehicles were severely damaged in a hail storm. We've continued to use the Lehigh Agency even after we moved out of the Lehigh Valley. I highly recommend them!
