Dmitriy has magic hands, he is the best massagist.
I suffered from terrible back and neck pain for years and only he was able to help me. I tried everything before I found Dmitriy and I am so glad he gave me my physical life back. I will be forever grateful!!!

Theresa is an amazing massage therapist. She really helped me relieve some shoulder pain i was having. The deep tissue massage was very productive and i recommend her service.  The atmosphere is top notch and very relaxing. Upscale facility. I am also interested in trying pilates for the first time. I would recommend using their services to anyone in the Johns Creek/Alpharetta and Metro Atlanta area.

I had a first session today and was very impressed with my DPT "Benny." He was knowledgeable and professional and I definitely recommend him for physical therapy. The facility itself is very nice too.

I have been coming to Body N Balance for 6 months for back problems.  And I must say, this has been the best decision I have made in alleviating my back pain.  My Pilates Instructor, Lauren Wade, has been strengthening my back muscles utilizing the reformer pilates exercise equipment along with gyrotonic techniques.  She has over 10 years experience in Pilates and Yoga and is extremely knowledgeable.  I love working with her because of her calm demeanor and caring nature.  I highly recommend her along with the other specialists she works closely with  - Linda Haase, who performs Reiki and Shiatsu Anma techniques and a Massage Therapist, Luise Foertsch, who gives wonderful deep massages.  Both are excellent in their professional fields. 

I'm not one to write a review but felt compelled to do so because I have never experienced such peace and joy when I walk through the front door of this particular business. The owner, Sandi Ecclestone, PT, has put together a wonderful team who works closely with one another.  It is evident that CUSTOMER SERVICE is her top priority. The new building she has just recently renovated displays open windows which brings the nature inside as you are working out.  I look forward to every session because of how much fun and casual the environment is.  I give this business a 5 STAR PLUS for the PROFESSIONALISM and CARE it portrays to provide health and wellness to their many clients.

Hands down the most professional instruction out there! I've had 3 different Pilates instructors and each of them helped me reach a new level. I'm a full service client now and will often enjoy a deep tissue massage after. The facility is beautiful, the massage room is delicious and husband is going now as well for Gyro.
