I didn't really like this place. The person who answered the phone had a hard time speaking English which is understandable. The husband answered the phone and didn't seem like he knew very much. Also understandable. I'm new to the whole massage thing so when I booked it I booked because the picture featured someone getting a back massage and the description mention some foot/reflexology things. I get to the location and it's just a foot massage and at the very end he does something to my thighs and my shoulders. Not what I was expecting but that's probably because of ignorance on my part. When I was leaving the lady ringing me up was adamant about me leaving a tip even after I had said no twice already. The guy who did my foot massage was nice tho. I feel like I was a little misled so for those reasons I will not return but the foot massage I did receive was okay.

I could smell food being warmed up as Mason completed the massage. I told her up front, no hard rubbing for my massage... what do I get, you guessed correct "I got skin rubbed off"? I was questioned 4 times about leaving a tip. It was cold inside while 28 degrees outside, the room was not warm, nor the table or thin ass blanket. She then came outside to ask again "why no tip". Super uncomfortable... I will not be back

Immediately after leaving and for 3 days after my visit I was in SIGNIFICANTLY more pain than I was prior to my massage. I the course of my 1 hour massage, my masseuse changed three times for no reason I could understand- staff does not speak much English. My wife and I tried this place on a whim as it is close to home, had openings and was inexpensive. We typically do a couples massage once a month and have been to very fancy/expensive venues, budget friendly venues and tons of places in between. We are young, fit and healthy and not super picky about massages but this place an awful experience for both of us. The photo in our massage room is just icing on the cake. We will not be back.

Visiting Rochester over the weekend, best experience I've had with a massage and foot massage ever ! I will be back whenever I'm in town
