Ok for a 24 hour gym, but the membership is too expensive for what it is. Very few options in town for a gym but I won't be back unless the price is more reasonable.

Great place.  Employees are nice and facilities are kept very clean and kept up. Class instructors are really good.

I am a disabled Vietnam veteran and I have a silver sneakers membership at Body Works which pays for my membership but because sometimes I come in after hours when there isn't any staff on-duty Mick Bates the owner charges me an additional $13.75 a month to help pay for his liability insurance in case I am hurt during after hours in the gym when I am working out there. This is what Mick Bates told me to my face.
