I had a horrible experience at your Hurst North east mall location. I got the lash extensions. One, it doesnt seem like they know what the are doing. I purchased the groupon 2 for $32 and ended up having to use both groupons within 24 hours because the first application did not stay at all. I was at work contantly trying to fix my lashes with duo lash glue. When they removed what was left of the first step the product used to remove burned my eye in the process. The product burned so bad the lady doing my lashes freaked out. These are supposed to last 1-3 weeks. It did not even last me a full day. This is the second set that fell off within a day. I am very disappointed and in alot of pain. The end of the lashes were glued kind of odd and so they are literally stabbing my eye ball.

I got the groupon for the eyelash extensions and let’s just say I walked out of the store took my sweater off to try something on in the mall and 3 of the extensions came out... then I went back for her to fix them she fixed them but I woke up the next morning (New Years eve btw..) and half of them fell I called the store to see if they would fix them. she was like u can pay $5 and we will fix them, so I was like are u sure I’m coming from far away she’s like yes either free or $5 depending on how many fell. I was like okay and I went and asked again before I got them done I was like just 5 right she goes yes and after I was done she wouldn’t let me leave without paying $10 when it’s there fault to begin with considering the lashes fell the next day and they were supposed to stay on for 15 days total waste of $30 and awful customer service!! Spend $10 more and go get your self real eyelashes with actual professionals

Save your eyebrows girls! I went there about 3 times and first time they threaded it came out amazin loved them! 2nd and 3rd time the girl who did mine would say every time there uneven let them grow I was like ok. lol mess up here and there was like no big deal . Until today when I went and took my mother. The girl got done and showed me the mirror she cut off a whole line left me looking like I was in a gang with a whole strip missing. Then when I told her she said it was already like that let me see a picture of you before! I told her why am I gonna lie she said it was like that it’ll grow back. The fact that she knew very well she messed up and couldn’t own up to it and then acted like I was stupid! I immediately told her to give me her managers name and etc I wasn’t gonna pay and this will be the last day I will step foot in there ! Look horrible all thanks to her. Literally bold on the tip of my eyebrow. Have two eyebrows on my left side😒 don’t go in ! I don’t usually do reviews but this was a must I don’t want anyone else to feel like me today and walk out looking terrible!
