3/8 Leven was awesome. He was able to come out and get my pump replaced. At the end of the day, they were able to get the job done and worked until the night to get it finished. Leven was very professional and helpful. I was glad to be able to come back and update my rating because they def redeemed themselves. I was able to experience the great service they provide. 

3/6 All I needed was my pool pump replaced. My home warranty requested them to do the job. As an individual who has never done business with this company, our first encounter has been horrible. After the initial visit, no one called to follow up or to let us know how long it will be. I know that my request was not an emergency but that didn't make my business any less important. I'm sure Charles and Levin are great people but this situation didn't allow us to experience all the great service feedback I have read here. All I needed was my pool pump to be replaced and some communication about the status of my claim. Not a very pleasant experience with this company. Life happens and delays are caused, which I can understand, just COMMUNICATE with me about what is going on and don't let ME be the one calling to find out what is going on.

Truly impressed with the service and sales guys when it came time to replace our old hot tub. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating to helped me find the perfect hot tub for our needs. We love our Apex ~ Coast Spa! Glad we did business...Great Company!

Unbeatable customer service in both the showroom and service/maintenance department. They are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, honest, and customer driven. If you want to feel valued as a customer and deal with trustworthy, dependable people, this is your place.

We purchased a new Cal-Spa from TX Leisure. Chris greeted us at the door, was extremely passionate about what we were looking for and DID NOT try to up sell us on anything. He made sure we got what we wanted and not we he wanted to sell. This was the best buying experience I have had when a "salesman" was involved. NO PRESSURE. If you are in the market for a hot tub, backyard makeover, etc., go directly to Texas Leisure Backyards: you will not be disappointed!  Prices are lower, quality is better and these guys are truly nice guys (Chris, Leven and Walter especially)

Leven and Chris are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our hot tub was up and running before our party!  We couldn't ask for a better customer service experience! We will use them again and again!!!
