I Love going because everyone is so helpful and friendly. I live in Boiling Springs so I really just have a short drive to our branch! If I can't find what I need; they are very eager to help

The librarian and the staff are nice and helpful! However the lady security guard is not friendly and she has yelled at my daughter to the point where she was crying! She does not need to be working in public!

It is a really nice place to read and for me they have a nice selection of books, the staff is really nice and help me when I needed it and they have really nice and fun clubs to go to! When I go it's quite and there isn't a lot of racket do I would say its a really nice library and probably my favorite!

Atmosphere is too loud. There is CONSTANTLY someone reading aloud so no one can focus, librarians do nothing. Filled with high school freshmen for hours after school lets out. Overall, a terrible place to work or study. They have no soundproofing so whispers echo through the whole building. Also have had issues with vandalism of my bike here. The only pro I have for this location is that they actually HAVE a bike rack, an oddity for this area, and ALSO have a ramp up to it so you don't have to lift your bike up. That's why I gave them a second star. Absolutely terrible.
