I've moved several times over the last 25 years and I've RELUCTANTLY accepted that I would need to utilize a realtor to list my homes. I've usually viewed my realtor as an undesirable (but necessary) COST.  Really, who wants to pay out tens of thousands of dollars of home equity to have someone do what you could easily do yourself???

However, this is possibly the first time that I walked away from a real estate transaction thinking that my realtor was a NET BENEFIT rather than a net cost.  Jace SAVED ME MONEY, TIME, AND EFFORT!

Our selling experience this time: The market was hot, homes (if priced right) were moving quickly, our home was clean and showed very well, and within 24 hours of listing we had an offer! But, that was the easy part.  Where we really gained VALUE from our relationship with Jace was in his ability to structure and negotiate terms that would make our pending move less stressful. He advised that we ask the buyer to take possession of our home two days after the closing took place.  That gave us much-needed margin and time to move our belongings of our old home and into our new home.  

Then when the home inspection came back and the buyer requested a lengthy list of (unreasonable) repairs and modifications,  Jace wisely helped us structure a counter offer.  His guidance through this part of the process  saved me significant time and money (I was prepared to make MANY more concessions than Jace recommended.)  

In every way, we found ourselves thankful for Jace's services.  He was always available to address our questions and concerns and he skillfully walked us through each step of the process.  We liked Jace so much, we utilized his services to buy our next home!  His stable presence made the usually-stressful process of selling and buying more bearable.  Without hesitation, I  recommend Jace to anyone in need of the services of a real estate PROFESSIONAL.

Jace made my home buying experience a breeze. I wouldn't recommend anybody else to help during what could be a very stressful process. Recently moved to Boise from Las Vegas. Jace came highly recommended and he did not disappoint! Jace was extremely easy to contact, very professional, and fast getting things done. I ultimately purchased a home through a large builder with Jace's help. He guided me through the process and now I'm the owner of a beautiful piece of real estate! Thanks Jace!

Jace was the best to work with.  We moved to the Boise area from the other side of Idaho which made it challenging to view homes in person or become familiar with the Boise market.  Jace kept us well informed of active listings, he responded to all of our calls, text, and e-mails in a timely manner (usually within the hour), and he was extremely knowledgeable with the current real-estate market.   He had thoughtful input and made us feel that he was truly vested in us and our criteria/budget.  We would use him again and refer him to our friends, neighbors, and family.  Thanks Jace you da man.

My husband and I moved to Boise from Texas, therefore we did not know anyone to get a referral for a real estate agent.  We tried working with another agent and were just unhappy.  We didn't feel like they were doing their best for us.  With Jace, we knew our wants and needs were being addressed.  He took the time to listen to what we wanted, was patient with us during the walk through appointments, was on top of the process when waiting for the bank to complete the funding.  In addition, during the inspection repairs were noted as being needed and Jace was great about keeping up with the contractors to make sure those repairs were done top notch!  If we ever move again, Jace Stolfo will be our realtor!!!

Jace Stolfo was awesome. We were first time home buyers with a limited budget and big expectations and he nailed it. He's a great listener, very attentive, and found us exactly what we wanted. He also had excellent referrals which made our mortgage process go super smooth. Thanks, Jace!
