Story

G2 Real Estate was founded by Jeff Christianson in November 2010. Jeff decided to open a full service Real Estate Brokerage after 10 years of listing and selling residential Real Estate in the Treasure Valley. Having worked for several brokerages (Coldwell Banker, Re/Max, and 43 Degrees North), Jeff decided to create a brokerage for both the Consumer and the Agent rather than for the Broker.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional with G2 Real Estate... integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, are all hallmarks of how we strive to do business.

That said, agents at G2 Real Estate are in agreement that providing the very best service is all about putting their clients first. This means keeping themselves accessible, being good listeners as well as good communicators, and responding quickly to their clients needs.

The "G2" in our company name is an acronym that has previously been associated with "Intelligence" often used in both the military and finance worlds. We here at G2 pride ourselves in providing all our clients with the most accurate information available so that each and every client can make an "Intelligent" Real Estate decision in both buying and/or selling a home.
