I brought in my old broken down bike, not knowing much to begin with. They were quick, friendly and helpful. The got my main problem sorted out and identified others that were no good. It all came down to a reasonable price they consulted me about beforehand and was fixed on the same day. I highly recommend this shop for all cyclists, especially as the school year wraps up.

I like to do all of the wrenching on my own bike, but I needed to service my bottom bracket and I didn't have the necessary tools. So, I thought I'd give the Cycle Learning Center a try. They had all of the tools I needed available, with a work stand for me to use, all at no charge. Even though I showed up right before they closed, the staff were courteous and helpful. I didn't purchase anything while I was there, but the prices and quality of parts seemed to be on par with what you would find in a typical local bike store. The Cycle Learning Center is now one of my favorite features of BSU.

Good staff, music and free tools, everyone is willing to teach and willing to repair anything you aren't comfortable with.

Very knowledgeable staff, they are very willing to teach you. Helped me and my brother in two different occasions.
