A former teacher recommended me to try Bojangles and here at Belden Village was closest one and I gotta admit, it’s probably one of the greatest new restaurants I’ve tried for some time. I ordered a family meal of 16 crispy chicken tenders that came with three sides and a half a gallon of Bojangles sweet tea. Everything was so unexpectedly delicious. Like the tenders were crispy on the outside and tender with a zesty spice in the inside. The signature sauce that we used to dip the chicken was remarkably unique. Side dishes of dirty rice, baked macaroni, and fries were definitely nice and great balance for the meal. And the sweet tea’s got its own role for drinks. The whole meal costed about $48 but could only finish half of it so technically it’s $24 for a serving of three and the takeout box is already included with the meal so no need to ask the staff but they were still generous to help assist us for a great experience. All in all, Bojangles surpassed my expectations and will definitely give others the “word of mouth” if they’re interested and return, “hungry for more.”
I have always wanted to try the bo berry biscuits. I was in the area, so I got my chance. I don’t get the hype. I couldn’t taste the blueberry flavor at all. It mostly tasted like a sweet biscuit. Nothing special. I am glad I did not drive out of my way for this.Food: 3/5
The Perfect Biscuit, Great Service I've always been a Bojangles fan. Their biscuits put Chic-fil-a to shame, but I still love Popeye's biscuits because of their salty, buttery exteriors. It was so good that we returned, multiple times, on our trip. I've never really been a Chicken Biscuit kind of guy in the morning, opting for sausage in my breakfast which was also good, but McDonald's unfortunately holds the monopoly on perfect sausage patties and chicken for my lunch sandwich Bojangles' lunch and dinner is also great, but I'm a fan of the Chicken Biscuit, now. The workers here are really pleasant. The girls are all very pretty and polite and the managers really care about their jobs; something which is exceedingly rare, these days. Everyone made me feel like I was back in the South with their friendliness and with the quality of the product. Also, as someone who has worked in the service industry, I was extremely impressed by the franchise owner ?, who I suppose owns both this restaurant and the next door coffee shop. Throughout our breakfast, he was walking around the property, picking up any litter, stones that had fallen into the parking lot from the landscaping features, cleaned up a few tables, and in general, seemed to actually care about providing a good experience and keeping the town nice. The employees also mostly kept up with wiping down tables and grabbing trays when customers left. Biscuits are made fresh, from scratch, and the frying oil never left our food with an acrid taste, which means everything is being cleaned and changed properly. My only real criticism is that the peach cobbler is way too sweet, doesn't have enough peaches it's most "goop" and that the icing isn't necessary or very appealing. Overall, we were very impressed with the A Job Done Right attitude of the place and would be happy to return. Definitely give Bojangles your business. They're affordable, delicious, and kind.
Chicken sandwiches and tenders were great. Tenders were crispy and well seasoned. French fries are amazing. Other sides were ok but I am not big on coleslaw and I always prefer homemade mac & cheese. Only thing I did not like was peach cobbler....not at all peach cobbler...just canned peaches on a biscuit. Biscuits however were very good on their own. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very good food. I tried the peach honey sauce, it was very unique and quite good. I recommend it for people who like their chicken and waffles with fruity syrup.Recommended dishesSeasoned Fries
Chicken tenders were awesome I used house made ranch and honey mustard. Both very good! Tenders were meaty and juicy compared to the Caines but more crunch and flavor! Mac and cheese was ok, no brag. The Bo-berry biscuits were the bomb...Don't miss these for real. A++ on Bo's !! I seriously don't miss the bone-in chicken at all after this visit. Will be back to try the peach cobbler. Thanks!!
This Bojangles location isn’t bad at all. It’s a brand new store and it’s a franchise. They have a limited menu, I wish they had more like they do in the southern states. It’s still not a decent restaurant none the less.Food: 3/5
Great tasting & perfectly seasoned fried chicken tenders. The dirty rice also has great flavor. I’ve now had the grilled sandwich and the tenders meal and both were great. The staff is kind & helpful. We stopped in and this location is very clean! It’s cool to see the biscuits being made in the window right inside as well.Food: 5/5
Great chicken sandwich. Sides approximately 3oz portion. Dirty rice and coleslaw are good and left me wanting more. Other sides available are fries and Mac n cheese. A small side of BBQ sauce cost fifty cents. Call me cheap but ouch...Food: 4/5
Tried Bo Jangles for the 1st time. Very impressed! Service was friendly and professional. Food was fantastic! Everything was delicious but I especially loved the rice. They even gave me a free order of chicken bites. The dining room and bathroom were very clean. I would highly recommend this location.Food: 5/5
