Stop wasting your customers’ time and fix your gas pumps. They’ve been broken for 6+ months and it’s no secret. I shouldn’t have to wiggle the gas handle to get it to work - it’s a major inconvenience. This company has way too much money and this is way too busy of a gas station. It’s pathetic. Quit being cheap and fix them.
Cashier tried to force me to use self check out. Nope I DON'T WORK HERE!! NOR DO I GET PAID. I LEFT AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
How far this store has fallen. Used to be one of the fastest convenience store checkout lines in Augusta. Not anymore. Here 04.28.23, 3:00pm. Waited in line for close to 10 minutes, 2 registers were open, 5 people in line ahead of me. The line never moved once. At the one register, a couple buying tobacco products. Involved in a long conversation with the store employee. The entire time. At the other register, a guy trying to buy a single drink. Multiple trips outside to his vehicle. The store employee unable to find the correct price for the drink. And so it went. I finally put the drink I was waiting to purchase down on the closest shelf, & left.
White male attendant very rude. Pumps weren’t working apparently , they’re down a lot according to the random customer that pumped my gas after paying twice and two pumps not releasing the gas I asked the attendee for help and he told me don’t help at the pumps even if I used handicap assistance button outside which I am a disabled veteran an random customer assisted with my gas. I had to pay a 3rd time since the pump times out this time while I went for help. He guy had to hit the gas machine a few time for the fuel to release to the pump so that it could work properly. Why does the attendee work these if he’s refusing assistance and being rude. Thanks to the random customer for assistance.
Customer service rep at the establishment is by far the rudest individual I've ever met I watched her ignore this customer for 15 min and when he politely asked for assistance she said wait a minute with a nasty attitude I couldn't get it off my mind she has a birth mark on her face and I am never spending my money there again I've lived in this area for 8+ years and this particular Circle K can't get it together!!
7pm yesterday, there were two employees on staff. One was having a loud conversation with an invisible person while sweeping? and the other was stocking. There were 4 of us milling around the register when the staff told me to use the self checkout... Self checkout? Are you freaking kidding me?? Why the hell would I do that? If I want to do that work myself, I'd go get cheaper groceries at the Target or Walmart that's within a mile. Screw this.
The manager shouldn’t really be the manager, she fails to acknowledge the wrong in her employees and doesn’t hold them accountable. Very rude customer service at this store. I know it’s not just me because me and some other customers were having a conversation outside the gas station of similar experiences we had at this store. SN: referring to the Manager on duty 1-7-2023 around 11:00 AM Black woman with unflattering red eyelashes and long red hair. If I could give 0 stars , I would. It doesn’t hurt to be kind and nice !
The lady was on her phone I told her the pump wasn't working!!She tells me to go back out try again if not I can get refund and go to another pump!!I explained to her it was only 5 people there.I go back out nicely again and the pump isn't working bc it's not tightly on wall!!I done walked in this store 4 times for this lady to still be on her telephone!She finally put on another pump and now someone is there and its funny.They lady out the back comes who is nice and calls manager and the manager doesn't want to talk to me Kena or something .She clearly didn't even want or hear what I had to say.Her staff was rude and on her phone the whole time!!Like I told the lady run the camera and you'll see she was continually on the phone!!It's terrible that you have hired people like this! 3539 circle k infrastructure of wells Fargo
My new morning normal is to stop in for coffee with their "sip and save" program! If you drink more than three cups of coffee per month, it pays for itself by the fourth cup! Great alternative to the whole drive thru, fast food haha, NOT so much service because they have an awesome turkey sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich in flat bread!!! It's great! They also have Canadian bacon, egg, and cheese on a muffin --- just saying!
The bearded, black male night shift employee is the epitome of poor attitude and is down right ignorant, mean and stupid. How in the world anyone of his mentality was ever given a job in customer service is beyond logic. Half this week he had the doors closed and locked at a 24 hour location. He is constantly talking on the phone during business hours and about personal issues. Judging by his ghetto ebonics and 4 year old vernacular, im sure he is uncaring or incapable of any proper workplace professionalism. To the circle k manager, I hope that you read this and take action as your store reputation is in the hands of an inept bafoon. He actually gets mad at customers coming to buy your wares and has an obigatory I don't care attitude.
