Count your change!!! The food at this place is completely hit or miss. The 1st time we went it was fabulous, but the last time we got tough dry chicken with almost no coating.
However, the reason we will not be going back is that they never give you a receipt unless you demand it and they regularly overcharge. 
While anyone can make a mistake, when it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME you can't help feeling it's intentional.
The final straw was when the girl at the drive-thru window charged us more than double what our order costed, rolled her eyes when we asked for a receipt, then, after we pointed out the error, she actually handed the receipt back and shrugged saying " that's just how it rung up".
She actually expected us to pay more than two times what we owed and was genuinely annoyed when we explained that we would not be leaving until the problem was fixed.
She then got her manager who eventually gave us a refund, but again, did not give us proof of the refund until we demanded it.
Then, to add a little insult to injury, neither woman apologized for either the wait (which left our food cold in addition to being overcooked) or the gross overcharge.
Sorry, but after all that we considered the exchange an attempted theft, not an honest mistake.
If you are going to take a chance on this place, demand a receipt and check it twice before you leave.

First visit. Excellant staff. Friendly & really seemed to care how we felt about the food which was great & portions were huge. Lunch is super bargain for $5!

Food was cold and not seasoned. Employees did not know the menu. The parking lot ans inside both were neat and clean however!

Most of the time customer service is fairly good but this morning customer server were counting on the bad side the order was not correct, it took 8 minutes to get the order, and had to wait at front door. I think the worker had a rude attitude, not with word but just a dispositional hearing the complete order.
