I will not bore you with the details, but I do not "hate" ANYTHING without just cause, just because. I ordered online an hour prior to my desired pickup time and arrived 15 minutes early. After pacing for 25 minutes, I stepped to the counter and asked the cashier for a refund. The game had already started and, thanks to these Pizza Hut employees, I felt sick to my stomach. Long story short, if it's not too late, I was told my pizzas were ready and the cashier had the underage employee hand me two large boxes that had been sitting within arm's reach for at least ten minutes. I had ordered two medium pizzas, but in the underage employee's haste to waste Pizza Hut money, apparently, she had put my medium pizzas into large boxes and, 10 minutes later called someone's name, not mine, to pick those two large boxes up, along with a to~go container. Besides the 6 employees and one patron sitting at a table, I was the only one in the place. When asked what was in the two large boxes, the underage employee opened the boxes and told the cashier a meat lovers and a super supreme. Both my medium pizzas were two topping. To put a tail on this bloated tale, I am extremely disappointed with EVERY aspect of this Pizza Hut experience. Needless to say, the pizzas were horrific. Caveat emptor.

BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS IT IS THAT HORRIBLE! HALF OF DELIVERY ORDER ALWAYS MISSING. RUDE STAFF. RUDE MANAGERS. IT WILL TAKE HALF AN HOUR FOR THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE. DOES NO ONE FROM CORPORATE SEE ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS & PROBLEMS WITH THIS LOCATION? FIRE EVERYONE START OVER WITH A NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM.

So, a gave a generous 3 star rating because I have had awful experiences with this place, but I've also had a few good ones. We learned that you're better off ordering for pick-up rather than delivery. Delivery almost always arrives cold and usually with incorrect items. Then, when you call them about it, they tell you to bring it to the store to get the right order. Defeats the purpose of ordering for delivery, right? Since we started picking our order up instead, we've only had a few issues.

Spring Street location is disgusting. Ordered 2 pizzas on the 50% off deal online. I noticed a full charge transaction on my account, refused to allow me to speak with the manager before driver arrived. Cold pizza and I was told discounts show up after transaction  (did not happen).

I placed an order for delivery, I didn't have a problem with the delivery time. Once the pizza arrived it was COLD NOT WARM BUT COLD. Trying to call back was impossible. Call #1 on hold for 40mins the call was disconnected. Call #2 on hold for 32mins the call was disconnected. Call #3 on hold for 15mins I hung up. I will NEVER EVER  ORDER PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!!
