In stark contrast to the Gray Hwy store, this store was very clean and the employees were prompt, courteous, and happy to be there. The food was hot and served within just a few minutes. Very pleased with the service and food I received today. Can't say the same for the Gray Hwy store.

This was my first visit to Bojangles and I loved it. The food was freshly made and the service was even better. Today is my birthday and the manager gave me a special treat. I will definitely go back to this restaurant, no questions asked.

The best Bojangles’ in Middle Georgia! The staff are courteous, and the quality of the food is stellar — always very fresh.

My son is extremely picky and he ate every bite. Our food was fresh and hot which honestly doesn't happen often with fast food. The staff were very nice. We love Bojangles, however, we don't have one in Ohio and would only get to enjoy it when we would go to NC and it was nice to find one that we could stop at on the way to/from our vacation in Florida this year.

I like Bojangles chicken but this particular one was a bit disappointing. I arrived just after Noon. So prime lunch time. There wasn't a line, but I felt a bit rushed when ordering. My food came out fast but the dirty rice and the pinto beans were just room temperature side of cold at best. The chicken was barely able to be called slightly warm. But the honey is real honey and the biscuit was good. *********** That was two months ago. They are still suffering from what seem like management issues. When I arrived 4 other people had already ordered and were all waiting on food. They were out of plates, had no cups on the front line, food not being dropped in time to serve. It took a good while for them to get my food, all 4 in front of me were done and a couple who ordered after me. Finally, I got the workers attention and she asked what I ordered and fixed it right away. So I wasn't waiting for rice to cook or chicken to get done, just like they had no process to handle orders in order. The drive thru girl did come help and she did a great job helping up front and still working the window. And at least my food was hot this time.
