Reviews

They gave sour old watered down sausage gravy that was almost room temperature. The waitress claimed that it had just been made. If that was true then it should have been steaming hot. Plus my meal came with 2 grilled biscuits.... BUT I only got one biscuit cut in half on my plate. She claimed each HALF was a whole biscuit. I put the two halves together and showed her that it was one biscuit but the menu said 2 biscuits. They had to grill me another biscuit. We were  the only customers there the entire time. I won't be going back. I had to eat chili as they wouldn't substitute cheap grits or eggs for the sour ruined gravy. This waffle House should be closed down.

Called in two different times and was told by Lexis that she could not take my order and  that I needed to come in (same girl answered the phone both times) .... poor customer service. I should never be told that my order can not be taken. I would have waited on the line if she was busy but to be told she completely could not take my order is unacceptable

Very disappointing. Took my 3 kids to eat tonight and they heard all of the employees cussing, including saying G*d D*MN. The employees had their shirts untucked hanging over the counters and never washed their hands after picking up trash. We've been to this location before and had a good experience, but tonight made us literally leave before we were even done with our meal. The waitress was very sarcastic and was sitting down talking to her friends most of the time. Very sad we won't be back
