Arrived at this location at 2:50 pm. The entrance had trash around the door and an electrical outlet (cover broken off) was open to the elements. The inside needed a lot of attention. The bathrooms were dirty and all the tables had grease on them. The area around the drink machines was littered with small pieces of paper and needed a good cleaning as did most of the interior. Employees were standing around talking. The fries were cool and had been "under the lights" for some time. The food was just so-so.

I cannot remember the last time I waited this long at a 'fast' food restaurant. We went through the drive through, took about 20-25 minutes. 15 or so of those were before we even ordered. The food is good and hot but on a Sunday morning heading to an appointment, I would have appreciated better service.

The food is great here, sometimes they have not had the food we want at the drive through and we had to wait, but in our experience  we have never had a problem with the staff. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. But other then that they are good.
