Little Italy has wonderful food and up till this point has excellent service. However, there must be new people running the establishment. We have been ordering from them for years and have been repeat customers. This time when ordering from them they were approximately one hour late. We have a very short window to have pizza for these individuals due to schedule restraints, which has never been a problem with them before. I sincerely doubt that we will do business again due to the fact we need someone that we can rely on. The story concerning the mix up continued to change from the time it happened and I could address the issue.

We used to order here regularly and today we got the same thing and today our calzone had rotten ricotta cheese. I called and after being placed on hold, I was informed they just made the ricotta cheese last night and there's nothing wrong with it. I gave them the chance to make it right and they wouldn't do anything!!! Terrible customer service and I'm out of $12 and they lost a good customer. Praying I don't get sick from eating rotten spoiled food!!!!!

Prices are a tad high, but worth every penny..... delicious pizza!!! Fast and friendly delivery service as well.
