My chicken was overcooked and rubbery. I figure it sat under the heatlamp too long. 
The boo berry biscuits were great. I asked them to cook them fresh, which they were happy to do. I'll just plan on waiting to have the chicken cooked fresh also in the future

I love the food hear it’s always great, unfortunately everytime I visit I don’t experience the customer service I expect. Just a simple smile and “you’re welcome” shouldn’t be asking a lot out of employees

Pretty good food, staff is kind but could be a little faster and more organized. Overall a good place to grab a bite to eat.

All of our food was piping hot. We had the strips and no rounds. Great sauces. Definitely will go back.  Top rated for fast food!

It was ok. I like the food and most of the workers. I don't understand why they charge for extra sauce at this location but the Florence location does not. They are both owned by the same owner so why the difference? Other than that I like going here for the sides cause I no longer eat meats.
