You drive up order what you want. You don't even have to get out of your car if you don't want to. Their very polite. Food is good and service is quick. Also a great place for a family to eat. I think it is quite nice

I love going and getting a shake after 8 when they are reasonably priced. I really hate how thin the straws are, seriously I can't get off how thin the straws are at every sonic ever. I go to Jack's to get straws to bring to sonic so I can enjoy a chunky shake without busting a blood vessel in my eye pulling on a stopped up straw.

Food is too expensive. I had hair in my $7 chicken sandwich, I ordered my son's hamburger plain- it came out with ketchup, mustard, & pickles on it. It took almost 30 mins to get my drink, I asked if I could just get a coke instead. I didnt care about getting any money back for the difference, I just wanted my drink! The ordertaker cut me off & said my drink would be out soon & turned off the intercom. When I FINALLY got the drink it was nasty & watered down like it had been sitting on the counter. I will never go back. Every experience at this location has been awful.

This is a hot spot in the Shoals.  Always busy.  Service is a little slow but usually worth it for a fast food consideration
