The girl taking orders had a horrible attitude. They didn’t have anything she claimed. Once we finally ordered we sat at the window for 10 mins without explanation. Got our food and it was dry, unseasoned, and our chicken tenders were scraps of chicken. Someone from the south who has ate bojangles often is very disgusted in this location. Never will return.
Absolutely terrible experience on 12/22/22. Waited in line for 40 minutes. Yes, 40 minutes. Ordered food and felt stuck in the line since I already ordered the food. The young man taking the orders was very nice and funny. But that’s the only good thing. I ordered a 12 piece family meal with dirty rice and French fries. I asked if biscuits come with the meal and was told yes. I get to the front and they tell me it will take 7 minutes for white meat. This is after I have waited 35 minutes in line. The cashier suggested I just do all dark meat which I agreed to. He asked if I wanted no-berry biscuits. I told him no but would like extra fries for my patience. He said cool. I was then asked to move up and wait for my food 10 minutes later the gentleman comes out with my food. I drive 20 minutes home only to find out we did not get any biscuits and did not get extra fries. I will never visit this location again.
I usually go to this bojangles to get their supreme tenders. I went 4x to be told it’s not available. That they usually have it on Tuesday’s and Saturdays because it runs out quick….. Now, I went on a Tuesday and was told they were out, so I decided to order the New Chicken Sandwich 1st time trying it… The sandwich was VERY dry, they barely put any Mayo on it and the bread was stale… The fries which is usually good was sooo cold and hard…. SN: I’ve never had a problem with their supreme tenders.

I would love to give this store a higher rating because the food here was as good as it was in North Carolina but sadly the service was slow and bad. I was the only customer and it still took 14 minutes and they forgot and item that fortunately I was able to turn around and get. An apology was appropriate but not given and neither is a higher rating. The app sucks too.
This location barely ever has what I would like to order. They're always running out of something. I had a long wait the first time I came here. Since then I've only ordered biscuits through the drive-thru. The biscuits and tenders are good. That's about it.Food: 3/5
My first time at this location wasn't that good but I still decided to come back and see if it would be different. It wasn't. The fries, both times were stale and cold. My chicken sandwich was dry and the bun was stale too. They drinks were limited too but they still managed to give me thr wrong one. I won't be back at this location.Food: 1/5
Food was good. Based on the circumstances the service was good. The cashier who was new and a couple of the ladies went out of their way to expedite the fulfillment of my order. The atmosphere however was crazy. They had an irate customer who was out of control, and the manager seemed like he was afraid to take control of the situation. Her outbursts led to a young lady in the back and this irate customer to almost get in an altercation. Much of this could've and should've been handled by the adults in the room Manager and Irate Customer. I don't blame this young lady or any of the workers who were visibly upset because she had to defend herself instead of the manager taking control and attempting to properly de-escalate. I'm not calling for anyone's job, just advising better training needs to be done to stop a situation like this from going 0 to 100 real quick.
This location has gone down so much. It is like night and day. From the last time I posted. The workers act surprise that people want to order chicken from them and start cooking it when ordered . My last 3 times coming out there, it took about 15 -20 mins, not counting yesterday's visit. I was there last evening at 7:30pm 12/30/22 they had the dining room close, so everyone was forced to drive-thru no lie it took 1/2 an hour . They ran out chicken sandwiches. I saw at least 3 people drive away before even getting to the window. I am think they drove away, so it should be quicker for me. I should had been the 4th person to drive away. I get to the windon and realize why it is taking forever it looks like there are only 2 people working at the restaurant. I can't blame these works, I blame their manager. They can only do what they can do. I don't know if this spot is under new management, but the managers need to be fired. I will give this location a break for a while. When I come out here next from NY. I will drive futher for better service.
The cashier in the drive, a young woman, took a picture of my credit card before paying for my order. I saw her do it. I cancelled my card immediately after leaving the drive thru. The next day I got a call from someone pretending to be my bank trying to get me to "reverse charges" via zelle. They spoofed my bank's number to try to look authentic. They also messed up my order. If you go here, don't pay with your card.
