I went to this Subway about a week ago while visiting from out of town.  I was impressed with how well the girl made my sandwich, her professionalism, patience and overall affable demeanor.  She said that she really likes working there and that did seem to be obvious by the manner in which she did her job.  I don't remember her name but it started with a Z.  I'll definitely come back to this Subway the next time I'm in MD.

Every time I come here they are out of meatballs or something else popular on the menu. Employees are horrible and have zero care. Ended up going to McDonalds’s instead since the family won’t eat anything else there.

Sandwich was delicious.  However, you have to be patient as many establishments have no full staff to serve you quickly.

Just the other night, I walked in the door 5 minutes before close and the staff had already packed up most of the toppings. They kindly asked what I wanted and began to unpack the food without hesitation. Wish I could remember  their names but, this was pleasant and very much needed experience concluding a very stressful day!  To be clear, i wasn't ordering just one meal, I think it was more like 5 and 2 were chopped salads my wife and I are no-carb'ing, which meant creating dishes to re-wash.  Also because they immediately jumped in to assist me, they forgot to lock the door and a nice couple came in midway through making my order. They kindly helped them as well but locked the door :-  Way to go Subway team, I appreciate you!

There was no line, I went at around 1:15 pm. I ordered my sandwich with no problem, the facility is clean and there's always parking. I have never had a problem there.

One of the employees there didn't even know how to make a chopped salad , please train your people properly.

Poor customer service. One of the employee’s cursed at my wife. I’ll be back up there to confront him to see if he has something to say to a Man! I’ll be researching the owner’s information also. There is alway something wrong every time I go to this Subway!

Convenient with friendly service and fresh food! I really like this location...the people are always nice and they make it just how you ask. Will be back!

Amber the store manager acted like she hated working there , very poor customer service , plus she was also rude to a elderly lady that was behing me , if you don't want to be their quit don't take it our on the customers , very bad experience avoid at all costs their's a subway right up street.

Food was good. Service could have been better.  Maybe she was having a bad day..
