Words alone can not express how incredible Dr Bollendorf is. He is kind , knowledgable, very considerate, calm and he has the best sense of humor. When he works on your teeth, you feel practically nothing...he is THAT gentle. So light with his touch. His work is impeccable. High Quality. I have seen people whose dentists did a horrible job with crowns...they looked awful, fake and the people have problems with them....but not here....Dr Bollendorf crowns look like very realistic and I have never had any issues or problems with anything I have had done there. Always been very very pleased. Most of all, he deeply cares. HIs entire staff is just amazing and always happy! We laugh a lot (and they will also cry along with you)... they ALL care that much for their clients. You are well taken care of, they know their business, are very knowledgable and they do it extremely well. You not just a number...you count..you are FAMILY. I love, love, love Dr Bollendorf and his entire staff. I have been going to this practice for close to 15-17 yrs. They deserve more than 5 stars. 5,000 would be more like it. Thank you Dr Bollendorf and to your entire staff (Dennis, Kristy and Kay) for everything! I love you guys!

After years of neglect, my teeth needed a lot of work and attention. Dr. Bollendorf and his staff are amazing. They have created a treatment plan taking into account not only what needs to be done, but also what my time and budget will allow for. They are genuinely kind and caring people who have made a difficult process painless for me.

First things first, I love the staff, Dennis and Christie are attentive and always in good spirits, they make me feel very welcome. The location is great, I'm always able to find parking. As far as wait, I've never had to wait long at all, if ever, to be seen for my dental cleanings. Dr. Bollendorf has always been very kind and gentle and available to answer any questions or concerns. I'll continue to recommend this location to my friends and continue to come here even though I've relocated to North Raleigh. Thank you guys for being a great dentistry and the first one I'm not afraid of. :)
