The work done is great, and the time that they spent working on me was very efficient. However, the wait times are ridiculous! I was called back 8 minutes after my appointment time, which was perfectly fine. However, I waited another 45 minutes in the back before being started on, and when they started it was just the numbing gel, not even the Novocaine. I was numbed and ready to go over an hour after my appointment time. I got 4 fillings, and the work took about 45 minutes which I thought was pretty quick. However, I was there for a total of 2 hours and the rest was all waiting! I understand some waiting, but the amount here was ridiculous. The staff is friendly and receptionists are very helpful.

Fabulous value! Friendly staff. Clean. Professional and courteous dentist & hygenist. Filed my insurance claim, filed for pre-authorization and provided a detailed estimate of work to be done.

The receptionist was rude. I made appointments for my family to make things easier. Then I was informed I wouldn't be able to go back with my child during a filling. She is 6. You've got to be kidding me, supposedly my child will behave better if I'm not around. Not even joking. They tried to charge me for things I knew my insurance covered. I called my insurance company and they informed me to find a new practice so I did. I'm only giving one star because I have to.

Atlantic Family Dental *might* be a great fit for you but there's a few things you should know as you shop around. When I moved here, I relied heavily on customer reviews to help me find new doctors, mechanics, etc. So I was impressed with Atlantic's high ratings and made my appointment. It turns out that they offer their clients a goodie basket if they give the practice a 5-star rating. Please note - you don't get the basket for any feedback; it's for a 5 star rating. I'll let you decide how you feel about that. Second, if you have children, please be aware that they have a policy that parents are not permitted to be present for any dental procedure other than cleanings. Their rationale is that my child will be better behaved for them if I am not around; an explanation I find terribly arrogant. I figured if my pediatrician can figure how how to give shots and suture a wound with me present, I could probably find a dentist who could fill a cavity while I read a book nearby. So I did. I think this practice has promise. The dentists were very capable and intelligent, the front office staff is super nice. I hope they find ways to wow their clients so those 5 star reviews keep coming - goodie basket or not.

No buddy likes go n to the dentist , at least no buddy sane, but I have to say my experience with Atlantic family dentist was the best. They were polite, professional, and concerned with my health and well being. They completely covered everything , from my insurance to the procedure that they preformed on me. It was literally pain free! WOW! If it hadn't happened to me I would have not believed it. But it's true! If u want to have a pain free dental visit, Atlantic is the place! If not,...keep go n to your old dentist ! I give Atlantic a 5+ rating. They got me for life! There staff is the greatest! Thanks u guys and gals!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😀
