Naz was quick and very professional. I sat in the chair and told her exactly what I wanted and she did what I asked her to do and it looked better than I expected. The front desk was professional as always. It's very important for the first face you see to be welcoming because they set the standard for what your experience is going to be like and my experience with Naz was professional and the quality of work was nothing less than grade A!!!

They are fast and nice. I've never had a problem with them doing my brows exactly like I want them. I used to go to the location on hacks cross (hooorrible) but I'm so glad I switched to this one

They are extremely unprofessional. They won't even greet you. The people working here just came out of eyebrow school so you are their trial. They will mess up your eyebrows and think they are right. Not to mention, their conversations are more important then serving you. I will drive 30 min to arch to arch on hacks cross then go here ever again. It's 3 min from my house. I only come here in emergency situations and every time it is a disappointment. Specially today that she completely cut off the end of my eyebrows. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH SUCH DISAPPOINTMENT! Go anywhere else.

I can't stand this location. Save yourself the trouble and go to hacks cross! I've been twice and they always put a plug in my eyebrows. They're thick so all I need is a clean up each time I asked for just a clean up they take too much hair off and then try to fix it and leave my eyebrows thin as hell! So I go a month without getting them done to grow back completely
