My mom had surgery and an overnight stay at memorial regional last week. Her treatment was adequate, but overnight they heard an elderly man screaming “Help me!” over and over until her husband finally went out to see what was going on. When he asked the nurses if the man was okay they responded “What are you talking about?”. As if on cue the man yelled “Help me!!”. A nurse rolled her eyes and said “I’ll check on him...” Another woman screamed for over an hour “Please! I just need to pee!” And the worst, most heartbreaking part, is that the next morning, the nurses stood outside of my mom’s room making fun of the elderly man who they ignored while he begged for help. If it can be avoided, you should never, ever go to this hospital. If it can’t be avoided, at the very least, don’t stay there alone.

On May 4th 2017, my husband had a pacemaker/ defibrillator put in at Regional Memorial Hospital by Dr Schneider. My husband and I can't say enough good things about our experience at Regional Memorial Hospital and all of the awesome staff, nurses, and doctors who took care of everything from the moment we arrived up until the time of his discharge the hospital. They really made sure that all of his care was up to the highest standards. Thanks again, Mr & Mrs William Keyser I I.

From the registration desk in the Endoscopy Ctr clinic to all the Nurse(s), Pre & Post Op, and the 2 doctors that performed my procedure, I Thank each You for your Professional, Respectful and compassionate service. You are all one Excellent Endoscopy Team!

My wife and I welcomed our first child into this world on Friday of last week. It was all new and with feelings of excitement, nervousness, and anxiety the friendly,supportive,caring staff made my wife and I transition to being parents a easy one. The nurses in particular were very caring and supportive. While being professional at all times, they also managed to make us smile and get through the process smoothly. THANK YOU Dr. Earl, Dr. Maclavic, and every nurse that assisted us in room 3166 on that day!
