My husband and I just moved into our new home built by Bon Ton Builders. The entire experience of choosing the lot through completion of the home was outstanding. Tony Forbes was always responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The workmen were a joy and the ladies in the office, Jeanie and Bobbi Jo, well - there just aren't enough wonderful words describe them!! I would recommend Bon Ton Builders to everyone that wanted a new home!! What a wonderful experience!!

We were looking for a single story home in Pennsylvania to retire to.  We started looking around and and found Martins Ridge in Hanover, a Bon-Ton neighborhood, and toured the model.  We were impressed with this home and the quality of the construction.  so we continued our search around the area and toured several other builder's models and quickly came to the realization that we were constantly comparing every other builder to Bon-Ton, to which they were not able to compare in quality, esthetics and value.

It took us 4 years to finally make the move and work with Tony Forbes and design our retirement home.  We loved the initial model so much, but it was way too big, that Tony SHRUNK it for us but modified the plan to our needs.  We were living, at the time, about a 4 hour trip away and his patience and his staffs constant reassurance during the process, made our home buying experience the best we had ever had.  We now live in the most beautiful home on a large quiet lot with wonderful neighbors.

The Bon-Ton family has stayed in touch with us during our year in the house and we could not be more pleased.  The major thing that stands out to us is the quality of the house.  A lot of what you see in the models is included in the base price of the home.  Not a whole lot of added options to sucker you in at the initial visit then shock you after you've decided to build...I liked that!  But anything you want or need, Tony Forbes can make it happen for your perfect house.

Bon Ton is a great custom home builder. Tony has hundreds of floor plans to choose from and modify. Our kitchen design went through 5 changes before we settled on the final. The workmanship and the appointments were exceptional and the the house was finished on time. Bon Ton's executive package is the way to go.  I highly recommend them to anybody looking to build in the beautiful Gettysburg/Hanover area.

Bonton Builders has already built me one home and now I am on my second custom home from them. They are very professional and communicate well. The staff in the office is very knowledgeable and always returns my phone calls. The owner, Tony Forbes, has meet with us several times and was very knowledgeable on the building world. He was very helpful with picking things out items for the house and made sure everything would match and look perfect. I highly recommended them to anyone that wants a custody home for a great price!!!

I just had a home built . I wanted a custom home builder. Tony and his team were so professional, kind patient. My wife and I made a lot of changes , Tony kept our schedule they worked 6 days a week to get us done. What a nice bunch of Christian people. The quality and price was just perfect. Their executive series features has everything , I mean everything. Tony walks you through everything step by step. He gives you his personal cell number so you can reach him at any time. If you want the best experience of your life call bonton you won't regret it . Thank guys. Your the best builder in town . God bless you tony.... may you be blessed 100 fold
