It's a nice place especially to visit downtown for anybody in the area, unfortunately it is in the process if closing down.

Clean and helpful sales staff. Coupons are most times impossible to use. Their 10 or 15 off a 10 or 15 purchase is almost never usable.   Parking in front and back makes it easy to find parking.

I love Lewistown bon-ton! Great sales people. They make you feel welcome. They will go out of their way to help you.  Clean store, tidy, the sales people and their professional attitudes make your store BEAUTIFUL!!  Keep up the good work ladies and gentleman!!

I like this place but they are very expensive. Lately they have been having some good deals but some of the employees are not the nicest people. I have been accused of stealing and so has my mother. I put my daughter's sweatshirt in her diaper bag, out in the open so this wouldn't happen, and they followed me throughout the entire store and kept calling for security and then waited for me at the checkout. That is what the Bonton is notorious for, they always think everyone is stealing, so that is why this place didn't get 5 stars in my book.

It is what it is. Not a store I particularly care for - it feels cluttered and I struggle to find things I'm looking for. It feels to me like the sort of place that has a huge range of different things, but not enough space to offer much option within each range. If you want to buy some pillowcases, a smoothie maker and a new pair of shoes you can probably do it here in one day, as long as you're happy with the ones they happen to have.

There is a bathroom here but it's tricky to find. At least the staff are generally helpful.
