I visited Bon-ton in Queensbury N. Y. AND purchased a comforter thinking pillow shams were included(my fault for not reading the package fully) I called the store about 3 weeks later when I put it on the bed to see if I could order the shams to go with it. The lady I spoke with was so friendly,helpful and did all she could to help me so I could get the discount. I feel she went over and above to keep a satisfied customer. It's nice to deal with someone who you can tell enjoys her job and has excellent customer service experience. Thank you again for all your help. I will be back for sure.

They dont give you good hours half through and they have there special people no matter how hard they try to be nice to you weather you are a christian or not. and like all they make an accuse for not giving you hours all of a sudden and because your mother might work there they except you to automatically come back to the store when the summer is where you need to make money. and they make a big deal about a tea drink and work the recieving people to a bone on one day a week so they will quit. I told them if they send me my hours or call me up because they took the time out to send my paycheck stub to me with call for hours but didn't want to call me. only one person called then the next thing you no they bring you to court on phone instead of calling you. Dont work with family it is tuff no matter how badly you need the money
