Extremely poor, and deceitful communication. After payment was received, answers were vague, misleading, or went completely unanswered. Took 13 weeks to recieve refund after cancellation. Was told vouchers are kept in-office, making it seem as though we were forced to book through them again to retrieve them. Was ignored for months at a time thereafter by both Carol and Bonnie.

Zero to very little communication for our group over the course of 4 months. No notification that our trip was booked or cancelled, no updates for voucher eta, etc.

We planned our honeymoon through bon voyage. We worked with Carol and she was a dream. They took care of everything for us recommended diffrent travel options Express customs, travel insurance ect. We went with the Express customs but declined the travel insurance and they never tried to push us to get it. We had a great time on our honeymoon and it was so nice to go in once book it and not have to worry about any details they really took care of everything!

Sandals Negril, Jamaica- January 2019. This was our 2nd Caribbean vacation planned by Bonnie of Bon Voyage. We appreciate her enthusiasm and knowledge making our travel stress free! Her recommendations are spot on to our travel preferences. Our stay was phenomenal! Sandals Negril is an amazing destination!

Bonnie is excellent. I called for a price match and she got me and my family a trip for $300 cheaper than the competition.
