Reviews

The environment is very pleasant and bright, but the menu is very limited. The prices are quite high for what you received. My husband did not like the fried potatoes. The catch-up had a weird consistency. They had drink specials during our visit but we did not take them. It seems that a lot of their menu consists of meals with eggs. It may be a great place to go for breakfast but not so much for lunch.

While I did not eat at Bona Sera, I did enjoy the establishment. I was here for an event being held in the basement. 

The ease of access to the space was nice, though it did involve going down stairs to get to the basement (I'm unsure if they have an elevator). The basement bar was fantastic and the drink specials for the night were delicious and not over priced at all, approximately $6 for a cocktail.

The waitstaff was extremely friendly and even provided a jug of water next to the bar so you didn't have to wait in line.

Yummy lunch for today's rain and cold comes in the form of fruity goat salad and mushroom soup. The soup tastes great and is loaded with mushrooms. I love that Barb and Annette combine roast beets, pistachios and goat cheese. Thank you Bona Sera!

I took my family (7 of us) to Bona Sera for New Years Eve dinner.  It was amazing!  The food was perfect and my mother in law said it was the best meal of her life. I scored some points there!  I found out they do catering too so I’m going to have them cater an event at work.

Delicious!  Wednesday happy hour special was $5 pint of beer and 4 hot wings.  Yes, both for $5.  Great price and flavor...just fabulous.  I'll be back, what a great deal!
